Ground Turkey Spinach Meatballs
INGREDIENTS
- 1.5 lbs lean ground turkey
- 1/2 minced onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 1/2 Cups Spinach, chopped
- 6 chopped basil leaves
- 2 egg whites
- 2 tablespoon wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- salt & pepper to taste
PREPARATION
- Preheat oven to 375ºF
- Combined all the above ingredients
- Roll into 2 inch balls and place onto lightly greased cookie sheet
- Bake for 15 minutes
Enjoy over whole wheat pasta... squash pasta.. over brown rice.. or with a side of more veggies!
