Ground Turkey Spinach Meatballs

Ground Turkey Spinach Meatballs

INGREDIENTS
  • 1.5 lbs lean ground turkey
  • 1/2 minced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 1/2 Cups Spinach, chopped
  • 6 chopped basil leaves
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 tablespoon wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • salt & pepper to taste
PREPARATION
  • Preheat oven to 375ºF
  • Combined all the above ingredients
  • Roll into 2 inch balls and place onto lightly greased cookie sheet
  • Bake for 15 minutes
Enjoy over whole wheat pasta... squash pasta.. over brown rice.. or with a side of more veggies!
