Grilled Tuna Burgers

Servings: 4

INGREDIENTS:
-1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup onions, chopped
- tsp garlic, chopped
- 1 pound tuna, bluefin, fillet raw
- 1/4 cup carrot, grated
- 1/3 cup chives, fresh
- 2 eggs, large
- 1/3 cup panko, original style bread crumbs (i used Ezekiel bread, toasted and crumbled)
- 2 TBSP mayonnaise, low fat
- 2 TBPS Worcestershire sauce
- 1 TBSP lime juice
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp old bay
- 4 whole wheat hamburger buns 
- Condiments and toppings as you like

DIRECTIONS:
1) Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2) Add onions and sauté until tender. Add garlic and continue to cook for 1/2 minutes
3) Chop tuna into small pieces. Mix with onions, garlic and remaining ingredients up to the black pepper.
4) Form tuna mix into 4 patties.
5) Heat grill
6) Place on grill and cook for approximately 6 minutes until cooked through 
7) Serve each burger and prepare to liking
